The truth behind the envy of Asia.

Many of us know the tale of China's  economic miracle lead by the ideas of their economic leaders. If you are standing in Shanghai and viewing the river to Pudong skyline you can see but, positive society that is ready to lead the world affairs.

But frankly that is nothing if we just realize about the truth. The frightening reality of this carefully  orchestrated version of industrial paradise that you saw lies the complex version of the society that is ruled by fear, racked by inflation and bubbling with clashes and discontent. It was held together by an authoritarian state lead by a cadre of communist party thugs who used stability is an excuse to hold on the privilege and power. As this regime expands, the world should be concerned.

When China takes out the protesters, artist, religious leaders, Nobel price winners and throw them to jail and unto labor camps. The world still looks China as a civilized society and everybody is silent and ignored the truth behind the glamour. Much of the world is simply paying into the said free market. But in truth they are profiting from exploitation cheap Chinese labor.

Chinese labor are keeped cheap by the state police that busting labor unions and union members heads. The world are benefiting by the destruction of China's environment and people in the name of trade. If we notice that mostly of the counterfeit goods from CD's, shoes, etc. that are sold in our streets are from China.

When the western world try to ship their goods to China they are blocked by their great wall of protections that includes tariff,  forced partnership, domestic content requirements and force technology transfer. All this happen in a context  in a blately manipulated currency, they put 40percent tax in all foreign products while subsidizing their export.

If we try to ask where the Chinese government spent their profit. It is surprising that it is not on their health care or retirement plans for their workers, but in their military budget which had the biggest cut on their GDP. From their emerging fleet of aircraft carriers, submarines stealth fighters and space weaponry.  So it  is crystal clear that the world's trade partner is preparing to take over.
